01 DISCOVERY
Schedule a complimentary, 30 minute discovery call to discuss your design project. We will chat about your goals to make sure we’re a great fit for each other. After the initial call, you can choose to move forward with an in-person design meeting where we discuss your wants, needs, timing and budget. This helps us create a customized design proposal we’ll present for your approval.
02 GATHER
After signing off on our design proposal, we’ll meet to discuss the details, take measurements (or review architectural drawings) and gather information about how your family will use the space. This will also be the perfect opportunity for you to share your vision and desired design aesthetic.
03 DESIGN
This is where the magic begins! We create customized design concepts, floor plans, and 3D renderings so you can really “see” the space and feel confident in our ideas. We will present our designs to you, along with samples to give you an idea of how the actual materials look and feel. A furniture list and budget will also be provided at this time. All you have to do is “approve or decline” the product selections.
04 MANAGE
Once the design is finalized and all selections are approved, we will work with your general contractor to procure the materials. We’ll provide constant communication throughout the course of the project with you, your general contractor and all trades. We will order and manage delivery of all furniture and décor items to be installed once construction is complete.
05 INSTALL
The wait is over! We finally get to schedule an installation day… where we place all furniture, hang artwork, style accessories and take professional photographs of your beautiful, completed space. Time to sit back, relax and enjoy your new home!
